Today is September 29 and it is day 17 of Running America. Right now I am walking with Dave he has been out with me for probably 5 miles. I started this morning at 6 am and I have now covered almost 10 miles and it is about 9:15. (more…)

It’s come to my attention that many people are unaware of the manpower and work it takes to not only document but get two people across the country on foot. Charlie and Marshall take in about 10,000 calories a day so they can keep running - this alone occupies quite a bit of time. (more…)
